I will also assist with being an out-of-network provider with your insurance company. This entails the client contacting their insurance carrier prior to services. The client is then usually required to either make a slightly higher co payment or it maybe the same normal copayment depending if your carrier offers out of network options. 

If you would like to use your Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefits, please contact your provider to let them know you would like to set up an appointment with Possibilities Therapeutic Services. This option entails no cost to the client. Most programs offer three to six sessions.

Possibilities Therapeutic Services contracts with several county run agencies for evaluation and therapy services. Those parties interested in contracting for service hours are welcome to contact Possibilities directly.

Problem Gambling Outpatient Program services may be provided free of charge through the Minnesota Department of Human Services depending on financial need. Family members and significant others impacted by a compulsive/problem gambler's behavior may also be provided free of charge depending on financial need. I am a DHS approved Rule 82 assessor.
